Exchange Policy

  • We do not accept returns.

  • Exchanges are only allowed within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Exchange Process

  • Please contact our customer service via Instagram’s DM within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing your order number and the reason for the exchange.

  • Customers are responsible for the exchange shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
